CUSME is a multidisciplinary international conference on urban sustainability, management and engineering, and will provide a forum for the exchange of latest technical information, the dissemination of the high-quality research, the presentation of the new developments in the area of urban, technology, and lifestyle studies, and the discussion and shaping of future directions and priorities for better environment, sustainable eco-development and sustainable technologies.
The development of sustainable urban is a necessity where megatrends 2030 triggered by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 estimates urbanization will increase sharply, especially in Asia. City authorities must make appropriate policy choices to protect the provision of equitable housing, health, and transportation services in the future.
To address various issues faced by urban phenomena, man-made activities, and the political will run by the authorities along with the major role of scientist to contribute to the urban sustainable development, Pembangunan Jaya University (UPJ) Indonesia, University of the Philippines Diliman, Naresuan University Thailand, and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perak Branch, Malaysia will host and organize the meeting which focused on the theme `Urban Life and Technology`. The conference will also gather all scientists, engineers, practitioners, policymakers, and scholars relating to the field of science, technology and multidisciplinary to offer their contributions to achieving a sustainable economy, improved quality of life and protection of the environment.
Accepted papers will be published in two options: IOP Conference series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) with high visibility and indexed in, among others, ISI Web of Science (Conference Proceedings Citation Index), SCOPUS and EI Compendex; and Geographia Technica, an International Journal for the progress of Scientific Geography is indexed in SCOPUS by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and the fourth component of Web of Science Core Collection.
